Biography

Born in Beirut, Lebanon, in 1983, I received my Master’s degree in Mathematics from Aix-Marseille University in 2008 and my PhD from the University of Montpellier in 2011. In 2023, I obtained the Habilitation à Diriger des Recherches (HDR) in Control and Computer Engineering from Cergy Paris Université. After postdoctoral appointments at L2S and IMJ-PRG, laboratories, I joined ENSEA as an Associate Professor in 2017. From 2017 to 2025, I was a member of the QUARTZ laboratory. Between September 2023 and September 2025, I was on research delegation at INRIA (CAGE team), affiliated with the Laboratoire Jacques-Louis Lions (LJLL). Since September 2025, I have been a member of the LÉA laboratory at ENSEA. My research interests focus on nonlinear control theory with applications in biological and renewable energy systems.
